build stc for wxwidgets
When build boolean on CentOS Linux, compiler complains:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lwx_gtk2_stc-2.8
besides build wxwidgets 2.8.10 with –use-gtk option, we need build stc in contrib,
The stc contrib source files are @ contrib/src/stc, however, the makefiles are @ contrib/build/stc
