附近的老墨店减价卖猫鱼，看到是整条冷冻的就买了一条试试。做之前特地到这里找找菜谱，结果只有一MM简单说她做了红烧猫鱼木耳，于是赶紧去泡木耳。。。
说说我这盘红烧猫鱼：
主料：猫鱼一条(2磅左右)去头尾(怕太腥)切段，豆腐一盒切块，木耳(泡开)一把。
辅料：青葱4棵切段，生姜一小块(去皮切片)，料酒2茶匙，豆豉2茶匙，辣豆瓣酱2茶匙。
做法：起油锅，倒入大约3-4汤匙油。将猫鱼段表面擦干再裹上干面粉，下油锅煎至微黄捞出。将葱白段和姜片放入余油中，接着放豆腐块烧一会，待豆腐微微变
色下猫鱼段。倒料酒、豆豉、辣豆瓣酱略搅拌撒少许盐，盖盖煮1-2分钟。后开锅翻动鱼块，加木耳再烧1分钟，这时如果比较干了，稍加水。最后调味，并撒少
许白糖，将葱叶段放入稍加翻炒，出锅装盘。

ZZ紫甘蓝的做法
问了一个蚝油紫甘蓝的做法：
1、紫甘蓝切丝，滚水里川一下，沥干水待用。
2、锅中放少许油，放入少许大蒜未、蚝油，稍稍煸炒一下，加少许水（10ML左右）、糖、味精（根据个人口味放）。
3、把2做好的汤汁淋到1上。
这样就可以了。

A Church near my apartment
