I am a 10Fall ECE PhD student at NC State University, transferred from EE dept at UC Riverside. My research project is about Power Semiconductor Device at FREEDM System Center, advised by Dr. Alex Qin Huang. My former research are about ESD CAD for Integrated Circuit (IC) Design, ESDCat, advised by Prof. Albert Wang from LICS lab. I got both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027, China, major in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics), where I also worked for 10 years.
